The Hilton family

May 17th, 2007

I’m not rubbing it in, I’m just saying what is.  The thing I have issue with what Paris said is that she said that they’re picking on her because of who she is.  I’m calling bullshit.

I have never been to court other than jury duty, but knew one judge and one of my business partners knew another.  He actually has been to court more than once, and can vouch for me here.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

If you have to go to court, ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME.  I cannot emphasize this enough.  Nothing pisses off a judge more than disrespect, and you NEVER want to disrespect their time.  Paris Hilton was late to court.

Wear your most conservative clothes.  If you’re a man, wear a black suit and tie. If you’re a woman, wear the equivalent.  Shower, and comb your hair.  Look presentable. And address the judge “yes, Your Honor,” “no, Your Honor,” “I will, Your Honor,” “Thank you, Your Honor.”

Now, if you look at what Paris did, imagine yourself in her shoes.  You know, you would have gotten 45 days too.  Or more.  She got lucky.

You’re on probation.  You have a suspended license.  So, what do you do? You drive drunk at night with your lights off (on a suspended license).  Hmm…I wonder what will happen.  She’s lucky she didn’t kill anyone.  Then to top it off, she shows up to court late.

Now, her stupid mother is bad mouthing the judge.  You got to wonder what’s wrong with this family.  It’s as non-normie as they come, and definitely do not deserve the luxuries that come with their inherited money.

Paris is lucky she only got 45 days.  Seeing that she could have gotten more, I probably would have given her more.  She’s lucky the judge is on the lenient side.

THANK YOU!!! I keep hearing how she was singled out.How 45 days was so harsh for what she did. Please..your right..she was drunk driving not once not twice..but three times..

She was doing so on a suspended licnese. She had the ticket from the second occurance in her glove compartment of her car when she was stopped the third time..

She was ordered to take some sort of Class in reference to this violation and she didnt do that.

Then she strolls in 10 minutes late for court with her mouthy mother in tow..and instead of saying Im sorry or showing any remorse for her actions. She blames her publisist for her actions. The girl needs to be locked up.

Frankly, if she WAS picked on because of her background, I’d like to congratulate everybody who persecuted her. I have zero patience with drunk-driving-related legal troubles, and I don’t think there’s a single thing wrong with making an example out of her for all the little girls out there who (*shudder*) look to her as a role model.

Today they’re saying that Paris may have her time doubled for violating her probation. She was “allegedly” caught toking up.
This shows me that Paris figures that she’s above the laws of us “lowlifes”. She NEEDS to be locked up to learn some respect for the law. If Mama gets mouthy, lock HER up for contempt of court!

She did get special treatment. I don’t know of anyone who can drive on a suspended license BECAUSE of a prior DUI, while drunk and without headlights on AT NIGHT and not do a flat 90 days… or six months

BTW: Good time in most county jails is 1/3 off. It is automatic, you don’t have to be Paris or anyone else to get it. If you screw up, they take it away… you don’t have to “earn it.’

i think 45 days is far too lenient given the circumstances of suspended license, repeat offender, no lights AND drunk. and dear lord it’s not like she is some poor working class stiff who had to drive to get to work to keep food on the table. she’s just some pampered, indulged heiress and quite repugnant. she must have how many dirvers at her disposal and yet she chose to get behind the wheel. it’s inexcusable from any standpoint.

I agree here. Lock her up if she is driving on a suspended license. To many people get killed each year from drunk driving and I hate to see people drink. That is part of why I dont drink. I hate acohol. J doesnt drink either. We have seen to many things go wrong with that. You are right she could have killed someone and she did get off nicely with only 45 days. I mean why be lenient when someone walks in 10 minutes late and doesnt even have the means to apologize for it and then have a wise ass mouthed mother talking back to the judge. Yikes.I think I would have told my mother to shut up or get out at that point.

Jen - I had no idea she did it three times. Then that changes things. She should be in jail for six months, not 45 days. This is ridiculous.

Also, I love how she blames everyone else. Of course it’s not her fault. It’s other people.

SME - I sure hope nobody looks at her as a role model. The thought is too scary to ponder.

Tshsmom - Then they should double her time. I’m glad they’re not sending her to a country club prison either. She’s going to a real one. And yes, if her mother mouths up in court, I’d send her in for contempt of court. That family has no respect for anybody but themselves.

Mike - That’s what I heard, that 45 days is VERY low.

Lime - No argument there. Also about not being a working class stiff, that fine is a joke. I think it was $10k. $10k to a working class stiff and they’d have to put another mortgage on their house, or sell the family car. $10k to her is like $10 to the average Joe or Jane.

Tweety - I’m all for drinking, but if someone has a family history of alcoholism, then they shouldn’t drink at all. That’s another topic. Alcohol helps thin the blood which helps folks live longer. If abused, it leads to family abuse, neglect, liver damage, drunking driving deaths, and even murder. So it’s one of those things that depends on the person’s genetics. For example, Native Americans shouldn’t drink at all. But Germans, Japanese, French, and others, it’s a part of their culture, and it helps some people live to be 110+.

S.S.D.C…Same shit different celeb. It’s that whole thing of the rich and powerful thinking that they are above the law. She should have had her ass spanked a long time ago, then maybe she wouldn’t be such a spoiled rich brat. :)

Yes, spanking would have done wonders with Paris Hilton. $10 says she was never spanked. The results are obvious.

It makes me so mad when celebs try to get out of shit just because they are famous…and have you seen this ridiculous group of morons protesting her jail time???

  11. comment number 11 by: The Zombieslayer

Slade - You got to be kidding. There are actually people protesting? Wow. I just don’t know what to say.

She has been a horrible example for kids everywhere who idolize her.
Now a judge has a chance to use her as an example of what NOT to do.
They should throw the book at her scrawny, bulimic ass!

  13. comment number 13 by: The Zombieslayer

Joe - Yes, she has no ass, or as I’ve heard, noassitis. If I were that judge, I’d throw the book at her too, especially because she has no remorse, and neither does her mother.

What a hypocrit going to jail with the Bible as well. She’s got no love, respect or tolerance for anyone else but herself. I can’t believe that this public danger can be given off time for good behaviour, she obviously doesn’t behave well in public.
