A Zombie joke + a few political comments
January 21st, 2009No, don’t worry. The zombies didn’t get me. It’s just I’ve been extremely busy and have once again neglected my blog.
So…
The zombie plague starts. The zombies start eating this guy in a suit and tie and go “uuuuuhhh” as they’re eating him. Then they catch this lady, knock her off her bicycle, and go “uuuuhhhh” as they’re eating her.
A cop sees the whole thing and tries to rescue the two people but he slips and the zombies devour him and go “uuuuhhhh.”
The plague spreads and soon they’re everywhere, eating everyone in sight. They get to a clown and start eating him then one zombie turns to the other and says “does this taste funny to you?”

Obama took an oath to defend the Constitution. You think he’ll adhere to it? I don’t either. If you wonder why I hate both the Democrats and Republicans, well, probably the number one reason is the Democrats like This part of the Constitution but not That part. The Republicans on the other hand like That part of the Constitution but not This part. So for those who love their freedom and privacy, they’re both bad guys.
As for the economy, what Obama needs to do is cut taxes, but more importantly protect American jobs from going overseas and enforce the illegal immigration laws that undercut family farmers and the working classes. You simply cannot outsource more jobs than you create and expect an economy to continue going strong. I’ve been saying this since I started blogging in ‘05.
And finally, I’m supposed to say something nice about someone I hate. Here’s the nice side of The Zombieslayer. OK, something nice about PETA. Let’s see…
Well, they do manage to convince stupid actresses to take their clothes off, like Eva Mendes and Alicia Silverstone. So that’s a good thing at least.

From what I understand, Bush didn’t do completely right by Ramos and Compean. I heard that he commuted their sentences rather than giving them a full pardon. Sure, they’re out of jail, but they still have a prison record. Bush needed to give them FULL pardons and reinstate their jobs!
i agree both the reps and dems pick and choose what they like and don’t like of the constitution. one thing that struck me during the inauguration though it that the VP’s oath said he’d defend the constitution form all enemies foreign and domestic and the pres. oath only said he’d defend it, period. weird.
The Border Patrol guys were still shafted, sadly. I don’t get it. More and more, we’re living in a world that rewards failure and punishes diligence.
Good for you, ZS - I can’t think of anything nice to say about PETA! They’re psychotic attention whores who make all vegetarians look bad. Just about everything they do annoys me.
Tshsmom - Thanks. I had to go back and re-read what happened and it turns out unfortunately yes, you are correct.
Lime - Yeah, that’s why I can’t stand either. I didn’t watch the inauguration. They had it at work but I was swamped.
SME - Yeah, your mother corrected me and I updated. As for vegetarians, Mrs. Z and I go vegetarian twice a week. No, not for morality, but it saves us a lot of money. Meat is expensive.
Hey missed you man:) Good to know that you’re fine.
Well its pretty hard to believe that Bush did anything right. And the thing about Obama is that everyone seem to like him but when i ask them why, there really don’t have a reason. Which is pretty confussing. But i really hope he is able to clean the mess Bush made. ITs gonna be a tough job.
ITs funny to see the entertainment media give so much focus on current president, honestly is that necessary. Let the guy do his job.
and take care*_^
Hey there. I have been busy trying to stay warm with it being 5 degrees and windchills of -25 below.. Yikes.. Glad to hear you all are doign well.
Heard the cannibal version of the zombie joke years ago… an oldy but a goody.
As far as the PETA compliment, I would have to say that in that light, yes, they did get ONE thing right.
Excellent perspective regarding the Dems and the REPs…
Mike
Tchoden - He did a few things right, but they were only a few things.
Tweety - Yikes. Glad I’m living out here now then.
Mike - Yeah, it’s an oldie. It was originally the cannibal joke but I had to put my spin on it.
A lot of people seem to be going part-time veg for health/budgeting reasons. It’s cool that people realize you don’t have to eat meat three times a day to be happy, but I really don’t care if people go veg or not. It’s a personal choice that I don’t believe should be foisted on anyone, which is why PETA gets on my nerves. They’re all holier-than-thou about their freakin’ diets.
You funny!!!!!
I agree with that about war.
SME - Yeah, it actually saves us a lot of money. But PETA isn’t only holier than thou about their diets, they want people to change the words they use. They’re very Orwellian.
Bridget - Thanks.
Kate - I do too. Oh wait, I was the one who said that.
I agree completely with SME re: vegetarianism. I always tell people who apologise when they order meat while out to dinner with me that I don’t care what they eat. I’ve chosen to not to eat meat, but I don’t believe in preaching - except veal. I will give you the gory details if you insist on eating baby cows.
I’m so with you on birth control. Dear God, it’s insane.
Oops, too many “to”s in my comment. Ignore whichever one works best for you.
